Hiltl Hosenfabrik: Dittmar supports Nord Holding in acquisition.
As part of a succession plan, the investment company Nord Holding has acquired Fritz Hiltl Hosenfabrik. The seller was the community of heirs of the former shareholder Hedwig Hiltl. For the Nord Holding transaction, the brothers brought in Schramm Meyer Kuhnke and Graef, additional boutiques that had been founded in recent years as spin-offs from larger units.
The new film adaptation “The Diary of Anne Frank”, which we accompanied, celebrates its world premiere at the Berlinale.
